nThrive - Developing Data Tracking
Following the work I accomplished on my previous nThrive project, the company was interested in further understanding the reasons that some solutions take so long to implement compared to others.

Myself and my team were to investigate the causes of delays and lengthy processes surrounding custom solutions that nThrive provides to its customers.
Process
Define
I first began to specify the scope and focus on custom software solutions that nThrive would provide customers in addition to their existing products. This required a lot of learning about healthcare and it's terminology and processes.

Analyze
The majority of data that was utilized for this project came from nThrive's timecard data on what projects their programmers were spending most of their time on. With this, it was possible to narrow the focus down to two specific products.
Create
Several deliverables were created for this project, including a fishbone breaking down issues with the existing process, a swim lane process map that highlighted areas of greatest impact, and several problem statements for nThrive to investigate moving forward.

Outcomes

Fishbone Diagram
A fishbone diagram was created to highlight key contributors to time inefficiencies within existing processes. These were identified primarily through data and interviews with subject matter experts within nThrive.
Process Map
A process map of nThrive's existing processes was created, with key

Problem Statements
Utilizing the data gathered earlier in the project, my team and I constructed several problem statements for our contacts at nThrive to take to management and consider attempting to address within the coming years.

Presentation to Stakeholders
The presentation of all of the findings and deliverables to stakeholders took place virtually due to the pandemic, despite this limitation though, my team and I clearly communicated our findings and received positive feedback from the stakeholders following our presentation.
